India and China held another round of diplomatic talks on Wednesday to review the LAC situation in eastern Ladakh, and discussed proposals for disengagement in remaining areas in an “open and constructive” manner. They also agreed to have another meeting of the senior commanders soon to address the situation, which continues to prevent New Delhi from resuming bilateral exchanges with Beijing.
