The five-judge Supreme Court collegium held its first meeting on Wednesday under the new Chief Justice, D Y Chandrachud, and is understood to have recommended transfers of three high court judges, including Madras high court acting chief justice T Raja, citing administrative reasons and exigencies of administration of justice.
