The Gujarat government may have disclosed details and documents regarding the remission of sentences of the 11 accused in the Bilkis Bano case in the Supreme Court, but the survivor and a witness in the case claim they have not till date received this information which they had sought under the RTI Act. Bilkis and the witness, Razzak Mansuri, had sought the details from different officials soon after the remission.
